It is then taken to the closest approved facility for a stress free dispatch

Once it has been hung for a suitable time we then cut and process it here

in our own approved on farm facility

Your order can be cut & processed to your own specifications

marinades, packing, pricing & more

You can even arrange to come & cut your own
